Classes
We currently run classes in Bertric-Burée and from July at Pole Santé Du Ribéracois. Complete the form below for more information.
TAi Chi Chuan
Tai Chi Chuan is practised as a martial arts therapy for the purposes of health and longevity. It is a soft-style martial art, applied with as much deep relaxation or ‘softness’ in the musculature as possible.
Tai Ji Juan
Tai Ji Juan is training in Tai Chi Chuan with a weapon. The straight sword, used in this discipline, sometimes with a tassel and sometimes not, is used for upper body conditioning and martial arts training in its traditional form.
Qi Gong and dai yin
Qi gong and Dai Yin are some of China’s oldest systems of self-healing, primarily developed as exercises to keep people healthy. Qi gong is a series of slow-moving, graceful exercises that combines meditation, breathing and visualisation.
